Instructing Classes at Burn60!
I teach 4 classes a week at a cardio/strength training studio in Brentwood, California and it is so much fun! It is 60 minutes of intense but reachable challenge! I teach a full body workout class consisting of 15 minutes on the treadmill-15 minutes strength circuits-15 minutes back on the treadmill-15 minutes strength circuits. The treadmill segments consist of variations of speeds and inclines creating an interval format. I always play great music that keeps you moving and energetic. The class can fill up to 24 people so you are not alone as you sweat and push yourself which naturally increases the adrenaline! Here are the days and times that I instruct classes, come check it out!

The Bow-Tie Band
The bow tie band is one of my favorite fitness tools because it can be used in several different ways to work different parts of the body! The resistance of the band creates a new way to work the muscles by using power and control in one move. In addition, it is small and light so you can take it anywhere you go, especially on business trips and traveling. Using the bow tie band, you will create firmer underarms, an etched upper back and a lifted chest, highlighted by defined shoulders! Synergy Kombucha Tea

The Mini-Band
Moves performed with the mini band are great for the hips and booty! My favorite moves include the lateral side step and the squat/straight leg combination! Feel it burn and watch your jeans start to fit better!

I used to be a huge coffee fan, ordering a grande nonfat vanilla latte every day from Starbucks! Not only was that costing me a fortune, it was dehydrating and extra calories. When I switched to iced green tea with minimal sweetener, I felt more refreshed, energetic, and healthy. It can be brewed at home and served hot or over ice and if you buy it at Starbucks or any other coffee shop, it’s much cheaper than a lot of their items on the menu! I love to sit down and read through health and fitness magazines and learn about a new workout move, healthy recipe, product, or ways to mix up my routine! The BOSU Ball
